Want to make your overworking spouse smile? Have dinner, music, a clean house and a calm atmosphere waiting when they get home from a rough or long day!

Today I had to stay at work later than usual and the thought of such a short evening with things around the house waiting for me only made me more nervous.

Needless to say, this wasn’t the case when I got home. Jason had dinner ready, the table set, a bottle of wine and everything tidied up in the house. We were able to sit down and chat about our days before it got too late. Now I’m smiling, relaxed and happy!

Next time your spouse calls to say they have to stay late at work…. don’t forget to make them smile when they get home!

If you recently moved you know that you need to notify people of the address change. This is common sense! I receive at least 1 piece of mail every single day from the past residence of my home. It has been over a hear and I am still getting their mail! How is it that after a year you let someone receive your bank, credit card, phone, water, personal mail? I have tried to call the bank a few times to get the mail to stop but the bank told me that they can’t do anything unless that person stops it.

In the meantime I have been putting all the mail I get back into the mailbox to return to sender! Does anyone know what to do?

A newly wed couple, friends of ours, found mice in there house. They are extremely hygienic, (the couple that is), so I know it is not because they have a dirty household. The mice just decided to move in. A whole family of them found their way into a column in the house.

I find mice to be so adorable. I have Cinderella (good old Disney movies) to thank for my love for mice. According to my hubby, and a few articles I read, mice can destroy the house. They can damage food and food packaging they can chew up the electrical wires start ruining the wood behind the walls. They can also carry diseases that can be deadly. If you gotta get them out of the house, you can always call Terminix or just take matters into your own hands by searching How to Get a Mouse Out of the House: on WikiHow. You should also check out this video, How to get rid of mice, it will give you great tricks to rid your self of your unwanted visitors.
