I realized that we really don’t know much about what to do in emergency situations!

As a personal trainer I am forced to keep my CPR up to date but what if that wasn’t the case? Do you know what to do in the case of an emergency? Do you know how to react?

The more I think about it the more I realize that the best thing we can do for our families is to be prepared! Take the time to go to your local YMCA or pool and get CPR certified! Its easy but could save your life or your loved ones life!

You can also check out more CPR facts with the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Take care and be safe!
